“The Dial A Digger system is great. I was able to start my own business with no experience and in only a few years I have expanded my business and now offer both bobcat and excavator services. All of the administration and customer support is provided by the Support Office so I am left to focus on what I do best, provide superior earthmoving and trenching services to our customers. The Support Office takes care of everything from quoting the work, through to booking the jobs, invoicing the customers and collecting the debts. Unlike other operators who work for themselves, I do not have to go home after a full day of being on site and then have to start my paperwork, return phone calls from customers or chase payments, it has all been done for me.
